Anthony Rende (@Anthony.at.HBAR) is the Salon Owner of HBAR Salon & Spa and Master Stylist, where he can be found behind the chair six days a week in Stamford, Connecticut. Known for his expertise in hair-lightening services, Anthony is often working behind a stack of foils, creating soft, natural dimension for clients of all hair types and colors. Whether working with bright blondes, dimensional brunettes, or vibrant redheads, his attention to detail and commitment to achieving a natural, effortless look sets his work apart. Even his vivid color creations are infused with a sense of natural dimension and balance.

With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Anthony’s career has spanned both high-end and neighborhood salons. Inspired to blend the best of both worlds, he founded HBAR Salon & Spa—a place where clients can experience luxury hair, spa, and nail services in a warm, welcoming environment with personalized, one-on-one attention.

Anthony’s favorite part of his work is the meaningful connections he builds with every client at HBAR, not just his own. The laughter, conversations, and relationships formed within the salon are what fuel his passion for the industry each day.

When he’s not at HBAR, Anthony enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Rubi and Cooper, decorating his home, or maintaining his fitness routine. His mornings typically start early—with a giant cup of coffee followed by a session with his personal trainer, yoga, Pilates, or any class he can find at the gym—all part of setting the tone for his busy, purpose-driven days.
