Refund Policy

All orders that are cancelled within 30 days will be fully refunded. Any orders cancelled after 30 days of completion of purchase are not eligible for any refund and are final.

Subject to the terms, all Products can be returned.  To return, the item needs to be shipped back.  You are responsible for all shipping fees on returns.  In the case of a returned item, we offer a replacement product. No  credit will be given for refunds.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@hbarsalon.com

HBAR warrants that for fourteen (14) days after the performance of Professional Services for guests provided under a statement of work, such Professional Services were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Otherwise, such Professional Services are provided by HBAR “as is”.

Gift Cards and Packages are NON-Refundable or redeemable for cash. All gift cards may be redeemed for any service(s) priced at equivalent dollar value on purchase date within 12 months of purchase date. All gift cards are worth the dollar amount after  12 months from the date of purchase. See staff for details.
