Terms of Service

Gift Cards and Packages are NON-Refundable or redeemable for cash. All gift cards may be redeemed for and service(s) priced at equivalent dollar value on purchase date within 12 months of purchase date. All gift cards are worth the dollar amount after  12 months from the date of purchase. See staff for details. 

In consideration to our other guests and our specialists, we request you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation requests. Cancellations may be requested online, by phone or by email. Cancellations requested within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full service price. A credit card is required to secure appointments.

All orders that are cancelled within 30 days will be fully refunded. Any orders cancelled after 30 days of completion of purchase are not eligible for any refund and are final.

Subject to the terms, all Products can be returned.  To return, the item needs to be shipped back.  You are responsible for all shipping fees on returns.  In the case of a returned item, we offer a replacement product. No  credit will be given for refunds.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to: your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, the 3 digit security code of your credit card, the name on your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in the description or price of the product or service, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

All social media promotions are limited to  New Clients Only. Limit one per customer. Redeemable only with Participating Stylist. Some restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Valid for 30 Days from published date.
