Kristina Glowacki Senior Stylist
Kristina (@styledbykiki87). First and foremost, I am a mother. I have a teenage boy and a little girl on the way. My free time is spent with friends and family or on long drives with the windows down and 90s music blasting for everyone to hear!
I love what I do as a stylist. My clients give me a sense of purpose in a professional sense. I think my favorite service would be highlighting and then styling the hair afterwards because there are so many different effects that you can accomplish for all hair types and shades.
I've been in the industry for about 23 years - since I was 13 years old. I started out washing hair and eventually worked my way up to what I really enjoy doing now: color correcting. Throughout my career, I found that working for several talented hairdressers has enhanced my own talents. I'm grateful for the training I've had over the years, and I continue to be grateful for the training that I continue with today.
My clients are the backbone of my career, and I love each and every one of them. It's quite the eclectic group. I work hard at what I do because I love it. But I also enjoy working hard at giving my clients the feelings of safety that their hair is literally in good hands when I am styling it. I want everyone who sits in my chair to feel beautiful!
Clients make me laugh and sometimes they make me cry. If I'm really lucky, they'll make me laugh and cry at the same time.
My work is my pride and my joy. I love what I do.

Evelyn Vucic Senior Stylist
Evelyn (@hairbyevevucic)is a proud Brazilian mother of two beautiful girls - one has 4 paws and another one is a "Mini me" version of herself.
Evelyn's favorite thing to do at work is color, specifically blondes.
She became blonde OBSESSED, and loves haircuts to complement the beautiful colors.
For more than eight years, she has been styling hair, and she absolutely loves her profession!! "It was the best decision I've made in my life!" Throughout her career, she has met so many beautiful people along the way.

Evelyn spends most of her free time traveling with family.
Rhiannon Stefanick Senior Stylist
Rhiannon (@rhimixescolor) lives in Stamford with her fiancé, new baby boy and their pet snake, Linguine. She has been working in Fairfield & Westchester County salons since 2006 and was graduated from Empire Beauty School in Manhattan in 2010. She does freelance work and has recently landed herself at HBAR salon - which she
absolutely loves!
Rhiannon specializes in color, precision cutting,
Keratin treatments, hair extensions, lash extensions,
makeup and airbrush spray tanning. She loves collaborating on ideas with her clients to achieve the look that they desire. Building relationships with her
clients and being able to make them look and feel great are what continue to fuel her passions to work in the beauty industry.
In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys taking trips with her family and spending precious time with her little boy.
Ashley Marie Pelazza Junior Stylist
Ashley (@idoctorhair_) is a lifelong resident, born & raised in Stamford, CT. She's an outgoing, hard-working, and determined people-person who loves to grow and learn new things. With her magnetic and energetic personality, she knows how to build and maintain client relationships.
Some of her favorite services are fantasy color, balayage/highlighting services & extensions. For Ashley these transformations are so beyond satisfying!
Ashley has been in the haircare industry for 5 years and has been behind the chair since 2021. She has received two Master Colorist certifications from Goldwell (technician & specialist, as well as a certification in Knotless Braiding from Vanity Studio School of Cosmetology. She also holds certifications Keratin smoothing treatments in addition to many other treatments.
Outside of the salon, Ashley is a family woman who loves spending time with her beautiful son and husband. She loves to exercise, to travel and to do art in her free time. My friends are also a huge part of my life and my support system.
Ashley loves helping her clients look and, most importantly, FEEL their most BEAUTIFUL selves. That in itself is all the gratification she needs!
Cecilia Chavez Esthetician
Cecilia (@cecilias_skin_corner_at_hbar_) loves helping clients reach their skin care goals. She also loves helping people take a break from their busy lives by finding the time to relax while at the spa. She is a Dermalogica expert who knows various gua sha techniques and different approaches to lymphatic drainage, as well as pressure point massage.
Cecilia's favorite services at HBAR are the HBAR facial, chemical peels, lymphatic drainage and pressure point massages for clients who suffer from allergies.
In her free time, Cecilia loves to spend time with her three kids, take road trips, go to the beach or spend time with extended family. She lives in New Jersey but commutes to work because she loves what she does - helping clients and also being with her work family.
